All deposits associated with this appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancelation deadline to avoid being charged.

All no shows and cancellations the day of the appointment.

NO SHOWS with no notice are subject to being charged 50% of the service booked. The day before appointment canceled are subject to being charged a $50 late fee in the 24 hour window. 

Rescheduling once is allowed. Second reschedule will apply as a cancellation. We may ask for payment of service or deposit prior to future appointment.

We appreciate you so much and please understand that this policy is strictly forced as this does effect the flow of the business. That time is blocked out just for you and taking time to set up appropriately to have a great session. It is highly unlikely that the slot we schedule for you will be filled.
